IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 2

 

TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these Presents shall come, His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Greater Sangun sends greeting!

 

WHEREAS we wish to rename the Order of the Nightmare;

 

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that we, the Taishi Emperor of Sangun, do by these Presents decree that the Order of the Nightmare be renamed the Order of the Vengeful Ghost or Onryōshō (怨霊章);

 

AND BY THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID we do further decree that the collar of the aforementioned order shall henceforth consist of golden rings linked together by chains as shown in the following image:
