Gert Geens 0 Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 (edited) The highest ranking decoration that can be bestowed upon anyone would be a degree in the Order of Ephialtes, of which the Flemish president is the commander. It's also the only decoration. Flemish people are not really concerned about these kind of things, which explains why 1) the order has only been created less than a year ago 2) only one person (except for the president) has received membership of the order.
