WHEREAS We have received by and through Our High Justiciar of Stormark, Lady Unna of Skálavík of the House of Vanadís, Bloodroyal and Ærkejarla of Freyja's Necklace, a Most Humble Petition from the Esteemed Gentleman who is known within the borders of the Lands of the Longships Throne as Vilhjálm Kormak;

AND WHEREAS We were advised by the said Esteemed Gentleman known as Vilhjálm Kormak in the Most Humble Petition aforesaid that certain male members of the Congregation and Temple of the Lakes, at Haraldsborg were desirious to have a nature site for textile-free worship for males alone;

AND WHEREAS We also heard from the said Esteemed Gentleman known as Vilhjálm Kormak through the same aforementioned Most Humble Petition that the ancient ruins of Jakrestað in Our Biland of the Micran Lands would be their location of preference for such male-only textile-free worshipping site;

AND WHEREAS We have, after due review, looked with favour upon the Most Humble Petition aforesaid by the said Esteemed Gentleman known as Vilhjálm Kormak;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, by this Our Imperial Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Imperial, by and with the advice and consent of Our High Council of the Realm, order that upon the coming into effect of this Our Imperial Instrument the ancient ruins of Jakrestað in Our Biland of the Micran Lands, as defined by Article 3 of the Heartland Hurmu Ruins (Preservation) Act of Year 12, shall, on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, become and be a male-only textile-free worshipping site for male members of the Congregation and Temple of the Lakes, at Haraldsborg.

This Our Imperial Instrument shall come into effect immediately.

So be it!!

Given at the Court of the Three Ladies Divine, since time immemorial situated at the Vanadísarhall on the holy island in the sacred river Fulltrui Flow since ancient times known as Hnossa Isle which since the days of yore is seated within the bounds of Our Imperial City of Haraldsborg in Our Jarldom of Gularike, on this Day of the Lord Týr, the Twenty Eighth Day of the Month Noatun in the Thirteenth Year of the Second Viking Age in the Second Epoch of Our High Realm.
