Crimes to be included in the Law of the Sword: murder, treason, rape, adultery, arson, piracy, terrorism, forum vandalism, theft, lèse-majesté, lèse-souverainité, secession, sacrilege, sedition, usurpation, breach of oath.

 

Crimes to be included in the Law of the Sword: disturbing a religious service, disturbing a funeral service, and breach of baredom liberty which is requiring or intimidating or pressuring people or harrassing or molesting them for being bare in their leisure time outside Textile Areas or inside Textile Areas outside Textile Hours. There should also an offense of unlawful baredom for being bare inside Textile Areas within Textile Hours.

 

It should be provided that taking part in the Love Customs, or engaging into sexual activity with Welcoming Women or Greeting Gentlemen, or extramarital sexual activity with the consent of one's spouse would not constitute adultery. The provision should also be in abeyance within the duration of certain fertility festivals in accordance with customs of a Jarldom.

Lady Law Speaker,

 

I would like to include Alienation of Affection and Mindless Mouthing in the list of crimes. The crime of Lèse-Majesté should include unlawfully sitting on the Longships Throne.
