Since we are embarking upon a "Vikingization" project, one suggestion I've considered is to rename the position of Chancellor to "Justiciar" or "High Justiciar," which was in use in Norman England and Norman Sicily, as well as being related to the medieval Swedish position of "lagman" or "law reader." The position of Justiciar was actually displaced by the position of Chancellor in England, ironically.

I like your suggestion.

According to the Old Tale the Imperial Hall of Haraldsborg was built by Freyja so it would be logical to name the Hall after her. Any ideas?

I believe that the name of the council should be Council of State, or Ríksrád. Furthermore, for sake of consistency, I believe that "imperial" should be used sparingly as Norse lacks such terms, as well as as terming the emperor High King and any reigning empress, High Queen.
