Imperial Proclamation

 

To all Our Well-Beloved Royals, Nobles and Knights, and all Our other Well-Beloved Citizens whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:

 

LET IT BE KNOWN that We, Harald Thorstein I the Generous Giver, The Eternal Sovereign Viking Emperor, Imperial Prince of Thule, Prince of Arietta, Prince of Lichtenbad, Prince of Malisko, Duke of Normandie, Duke of the Vaan Aujoen, Marquis of Beaulieu, Marquis Thorstein, Earl of An Chláir, Earl of Carrick, Earl of Fife, Earl of the Trondelag, Count of Wintergleam, Baron of Einmar, Baronet of Holmborg and Lord of the Isles, do by this Our Imperial Instrument appoint Our Entirely Beloved Imperial Cousin and Dearest Brother His Imperial Majesty, Edgard II, Emperor of all the Alexandrians to the Peerage of Stormark.

 

BE IT ALSO KNOWN that We do by this Our Imperial Instrument confer the state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour of Earl of Lade upon His Imperial Majesty, Edgard II, Emperor of all the Alexandrians, and;

 

That We do by this Our Imperial Instrument decree and grant that the Peerage conferred upon His Imperial Majesty, Edgard II, Emperor of all the Alexandrians shall be hereditary and governed by the rules laid down in the Code of the Peerage of Stormark.

 

And We do by this Our Imperial Instrument decree and grant that the eldest child of the holder of the said Peerage shall bear the Title: Viscount/Viscountess of Lade.

 

And We do by this Our Imperial Instrument decree and grant that all other children of the holder of the said Peerage shall bear the Title: Lord/Lady Lade.

 

And We do by this Our Imperial Instrument decree and grant for Us, Our Lawful Heirs and Successors that he may have, hold and possess a seat, place and voice in the House of Nobles, Our Lawful Heirs and Successors within Our Most Ancient Viking Empire amongst the Earls, And also that he may enjoy and use all the rights, privileges, pre-eminences, immunities and advantages to the degrees of a Earls duly and of right belonging which Earls of Our Most Sovereign and Noble Viking Empire have heretofore used and enjoyed or as they do at present use and enjoy.

 

 

So be it!!

 

Given at Our Hall in Haraldsborg, in Our Thanedom of Gulathing, under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Our Most Sovereign and Noble Viking Empire on the Nineteenth Day of the Month Breidablikk in the Sixth Year of the Second Viking Age.
