AOIFE, Ard-Ri of Dún Gail Dara, to the Loving Citizens of Our Eternal Realm, and to all other persons whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, Greeting.

 

Know Ye that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents incorporate Feirste Shipyards, Limited as a Limited Company in accordance with the following articles:

 

Article I.

The corporation shall be known as Feirste Shipyards.

 

Article II.

The corporation shall be constituted as a limited company with a single shareholder and a single director. The shareholder may not be held personally liable for the obligations of the said corporation.

 

Article III.

The Ard-Ri of Dún Gail Dara is the sole shareholder of the corporation.

 

Article IV.

The Ard-Ri of Dún Gail Dara is director of the corporation.

 

Article V.

As director of the corporation the Ard-Ri of Dún Gail Dara has the right to appoint or nominate other individuals to act in his name and in accordance with his wishes.

 

Article VI

The head offices of the corporation shall be located at Tara in the Eternal Realm of Dún Gail Dara.

 

Article VII

The corporation shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the laws of the Eternal Realm of Dún Gail Dara.

 

 

This is Our Will, and Our Will is Law.

 

Given at Our Court at Tara Castle under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Dún Gail Dara this 24th day of the Month Saille in the Third Year of Our Reign.
