Lady Chief Justice,

May the Emperor take part in the administration of justice?

Heidi Holgersdottir,

The Law Courts of Stormark are independent from the Executive Power so the Emperor may not take part in the Administration of Justice.

Lady Chief Justice,

This question is not about the Fimmtadómur. I hope Your Ladyship will not mind. Could you explain me the difference between the Hall of Tyr and the Lásamlingús?

No problem, Heidi Holgersdottir! smile.gif

The difference between the Hall of Tyr and the Lásamlingús is that in the Hall of Tyr you can find the Laws of Stormark as they were originally passed. In the Lásamlingús you find the Laws of Stormark as amended.

An example: In both the Hall of Tyr and the Lásamlingús you can find the Viking Law. In the Hall of Tyr you will find the Viking Law as it was issued by the Emperor in August 2004, without any amendments. In the Lásamlingús you will find the up-to date version of Viking Law with all the amendments that were made to it since August 2004.
