Act of the Althing

AN ACT TO ADMIT PRINCESS ESTHER OF ANGLIA TO THE IMPERIAL BRANCH OF THE HOUSE OF ETTLINGAR FREYU; AND TO INCLUDE HER IMPERIAL AND ROYAL HIGHNESS IN THE LINE OF SUCCESSION TO THE IMPERIAL LONGSHIPS THRONE.

Article I.

Upon the coming into operation of this Act, Her Imperial and Royal Highness Esther Fatima Gudrid of the Houses of Waffel-Paine, of Ayreon-Kalirion, and of the Descendants of Freyja, born of the marriage between Her late Imperial Magnificence and Radiant Majesty the Kaiseress Noor of Shireroth, of Glorious and Beloved Memory, and His Riverine Majesty King Noah of Elwynn, shall become and be a member of the Imperial Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.

Article II.

Section 30 of the Styles and Titles Act of Year 10 shall be amended to read:

"Section 30 – Esther Fatima Gudrid

Esther Fatima Gudrid shall have the right to the full use and privilege of the following combined style and titles:

Her Imperial and Royal Highness Esther Fatima Gudrid of the Houses of Waffel-Paine, of Ayreon-Kalirion, and of the Descendants of Freyja, the Imperial Chieftainess of Normandie, Arvjarla of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms, Storjarla of Stormark, Lady Imperial on all Continents, Earla of Anglia, Princess of Elwynn, Llængjarla of Elwynn, Earla of Nådens Havn, Princess of Uppland, Countess of Northshire, Countess of Arietta, Countess of the Lady Esther Isles, Lady of the Holy Lakes, Scion of the King of the Kings."

Article III.

Upon the coming into operation of this Act shall Her Imperial and Royal Highness Esther Fatima Gudrid of the Houses of Waffel-Paine, of Ayreon-Kalirion, and of the Descendants of Freyja take the place in the Line of Succession to the Imperial Longships Throne which her late uncle, the late Storjarl Audun Joel, of Glorious and Beloved Memory, had prior to his very untimely departure to Freyja's Hall.

Article IV.

This Act may be cited as the Esther of Anglia Act of Year 17 and shall come into operation immediately after it has received the Imperial Assent.

In consequence of Us looking with favour upon the decision of the Althing of that Day of the Lord Týr, which is known to Us, Our Well-Beloved Royals, Nobles, Knights and Thegns, and all Our other Well-Beloved Patricians and Citizens whatsoever as the Twenty-Seventh Day of the Month Vidiland in the Seventeenth Year of the Second Viking Age in the Second Epoch of Our High Realm that the Law Speaker of the said Althing has most graciously laid before Us, We have assented to and confirmed, as We hereby do assent to and do confirm the same as Law under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Our High Realm.

Given at the Court of the Three Ladies Divine, since time immemorial situated at the Vanadísarhall on the holy island in the sacred river Fulltrui Flow known as Hnossa Isle which is seated within the bounds of the Imperial City of Haraldsborg in Our Jarldom of Gularike, on this Day of the Lord Týr, the Twenty-Seventh Day of the Month Vidiland in the Seventeenth Year of the Second Viking Age in the Second Epoch of Our High Realm.
