On the Fallen Falconess of the Caprine Country

WHEREAS most hateful news has received by Us from the Caprine Country that Our Most Dearly Beloved Foster-Daughter Her Most Bovic Majesty Asara Sisu has very untimely departed to Dairyland due the murderous actions by a vile creature long-known for its evilness, brutality and barbarism who is known as Adam and who has also seen fit to declare Natopian Demesne of Walstadt independent;

AND WHEREAS We, the House of Ettlingar Freyu, Our High Council of the Realm, and the People of the Lands of the Longships Throne will want to express our collective grief and sorrow for the loss of our late Most Dearly Beloved Stor- and Arvjarla Her Imperial and Royal Highness Asara Sisu, Imperial Chieftainess of the Vaan Aujoen;

AND WHEREAS All of the aforementioned Individuals and Institutions should like, and will do everything in their power, to cause Adam to be brought to justice, or justice be brought to him, as the case may be;

AND WHEREAS the Twenty-Six Jarldoms shall, as a good friend and ally ought to do unto its friends and allies, proudly and resolutely stand by its ancient friend and ally the Lands of the Caprine Throne in these trying and volatile times and render onto the Caprine Country the necessary advice, support and aid to quell the insurgency in Walstadt and get it through the present succession crisis;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, by this Our Imperial Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Imperial, declare that:

Eins. Upon the coming into effect of this Our Imperial Instrument a period of National Mourning of Seven Days shall be instituted throughout the whole of Our High Realm and its Bilander.

Tveir. In recognition of the aforesaid period of National Mourning shall all flags on buildings and vessels appertaining to Our Imperial Government, as well as on Our Imperial Residences, shall be adorned with mourning bunting and flown at half-mast. In addition to the aforesaid shall all Offices of Our Imperial Government be closed during the self-same period.

Thrír. Natopian military and civil authorities shall have free use of the airport, spaceport and seaport facilities on Our Biland which is known as the Kingdom of Humlebæk Island. Fuel, ammunition and stores shall be provided at Natopian request and the same shall apply to aid and assistance by the Storish military, Storish emergency services as well as Storish law enforement services and agencies.

Fjórir. The Storish military is, should the Natopian authorities consent, hereby authorized to fire twenty-three cruise missiles, one for each year of the late Empress Asara's life, at targets in Walstadt which are connected with Adam at which the Natopian military is also authorized to fire at.

Fimm. It is hereby explicitly declared that the authorization in the preceding Article stands apart from any other directives, directions, instructions, orders and authorizations which may given to the Storish military in connection with the present situation in the Caprine Country by the competent authorities.

Sex. This Our Imperial Instrument shall come into effect immediately.
