Likewise around the self-same time did the proliferation of names for the Imperial Hall aforesaid commence to be a concern for the inhabitants of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms as well; AND WHEREAS we, Your Imperial and Royal Majesty's Most Faithful Jarls in the Althing assembled, have most solemnly endeavoured to exercise our Supreme Legislative Authority to, with the translative aid of the Lady Lolle Jonsdóttir of the House of Fjaðurstafur and for the benefit of the Population of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms, address the issue of providing clarity concerning the various names of the Vanadísarhall by making statutory provision for the paramount, salient and weighty legacy matter aforesaid; NOW, THEREFORE, we, Your Imperial and Royal Majesty’s most dutiful and loyal Patricians, the Most Honourable Jarls of the High Realm in the Althing assembled, have freely and voluntarily resolved to create and establish this Statute concerning the names of the Official Residence and Imperial Seat of the Sovereign of the Land of Always Summer by this Act of ours and through the provisions of the Act aforesaid make provision concerning the full ceremonial name and the additional names of the aforementioned Imperial Hall as well as several matters ancillary to the aforesaid, and we do most humbly beseech Your Imperial Valtian Viking Majesty that You may be graciously pleased to assent to and confirm as Law the following decision of Your Most Faithful Althingi Jarls: AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION CONCERNING THE FULL CEREMONIAL NAME AND THE ADDITIONAL NAMES OF THE VANADÍSARHALL; AND TO MAKE PROVISION CONCERNING MATTERS CONNECTED TO THE AFORESAID. Article 1: Full Ceremonial Name of the Vanadísarhall The Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled hereby decree that the full ceremonial name of the Vanadísarhall shall be: The Hall on the Holy Island of Hnossa Isle, Great Imperial Hall of Immortals, Magnificent Hall of the Thirteen Godsgroves of State, Seat of the High King, Humongous Hall of Peace, Pleasure and Splendour; Quarters of the Golden Hearth, the Golden Sheathe, and the Golden Basket; Gigantic Mead Hall of Never-ending Carousals, Orgies and Revelry, as beckoning as Björka's Bed, as captivating as Divya's Dance, taller than Thorfinn's Tower, and more desirable than Thordynnar's Tower; Vault of the Freyja Treasure, Longhouse of Love, Liberty and the Longships Throne, Inner Port of the Two Silver Longships, Reikistjarnish Dwelling Place of the Fulltrui and Sacred Queens of the Lands of the Longships Throne, erected by the Goddess Freyja in a single day with the helping hands of innumerable elves, dwarves, mermaids, half-elves, giants and halflings as a Most Gracious and Big-Hearted Gift to Harald Freyjugjöf the Generous Giver of the House of the Descendants of Freyja. Article 2: Additional Names of the Vanadísarhall The Vanadísarhall shall, in accordance with venerable tradition and ancient custom, continue to have the following additional names: 1. Freyja's Fasthold; 2. Fulltrui Fortress; 3. Holy Hall in the Heart of the Heartland; 4. Hall of Joy and Happiness; 5. Imperial Hall of Haraldsborg; 6. Yfirkonungsgarðr; 7. Autumn Hall; 8. Hall of the Sacred Queens; 9. Mardöll's Mount; 10. Vanadís' Bosom; 11. Hall of the Yard of the Imperial Great Rite; and 12. Empire Hall. Article 3: Proper Use of the Names of the Imperial Hall of Haraldsborg (1) The full ceremonial name of the Vanadísarhall shall, as a weighty guideline, only be used at the solemnest of occasions and legal documents, writs and instruments of a similar nature. (2) The additional names of the Vanadísarhall may, in accordance with venerable tradition and ancient custom, continue to be used officially in any and all legal documents, writs and instruments. Article 4: Statement of Clarification For greater legal certainty is it hereby declared by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled that private Patricians and Citizens of the Lands of the Longships Throne shall, of course, be free in their private, non-official communications, both written and verbal, to refer to the Vanadísarhall in any respectful manner they like. Article 5: Power to Make Rules and Regulations The High King in the High Council of the Realm may make all the rules and regulations He may deem necessary or expedient to carry the purposes and provisions of this Act into effect. Article 7: Resources for Ayreons Barn Förmyndare (a) The Storjarla Esther shall, out of monies provided by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled, be provided with sufficient resources to carry out her functions. She shall for the financial year known as the Eighteenth Year of the Second Viking Age and each subsequent financial year prepare an estimate of the use of the aforesaid resources and lay it before the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled. (b) Her Imperial and Royal Highness may make a special report to the Althingi Jarls in the event that amounts provided for her office in the estimates submitted to the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled are, in her opinion, inadequate to enable her to fulfil the responsibilities of her Förmyndareskap. Article 8: High King May Delegate Jarlial Powers to Förmyndare The High King may by Instrument under His Hand and the Great Seal of the High Realm delegate His powers, or any part thereof, as Jarl-at-Large in respect of the Jarldom of the Longships Islands to the Storjarla Esther. Such Instrument shall be revocable by His Imperial and Royal Majesty at any time. (b) The Storjarla Esther shall - out of monies provided by the State Treasury, such payment(s) hereby duly authorized by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled - be provided with sufficient resources to a create a portfolio of properties, incomes, royalties, interests, lands, chattels, assets, legacies, rights and privileges for the Lord Rubin Leonid Orientalis Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Prince of Shireroth, which shall be comparable to the share of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's Storish Estate that a sibling of his has individually inherited under the Statute of Wills, Intestacy and Inheritance of Year 14. Article 10: Annual Reports The Storjarla Esther shall send an annual report to the State Comptroller and Auditor General of the Lands of the Longships Throne containing such particulars concerning the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children's patrimony as may be required by regulations issued by the High King in the Imperial Conference at the Vanadísarhall. Article 1: Ayreons Barns Förmyndare To protect the properties, incomes, royalties, interests, lands, chattels, assets, legacies, rights and privileges of Their Imperial-Born Highnesses the Lady Salome Ylva Octavia Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Sovereign Lady of the Lands of Golden Mango Throne, Emira of Sathrati, Princess of Hvalafell, Jarla of the Longships Islands; the Lord Kir Azariah Vidar Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Prince of Shireroth; the Lady Kian Aiomide Shahnaz Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Princess of Shireroth; and the Lord Rubin Leonid Orientalis Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Prince of Shireroth (hereafter "the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children") until they are free, willing and able to take charge of the aforesaid fabled bounty which was lawfully inherited by the Imperial Offspring aforesaid from their father, Kaiser Ayreon IV of Shireroth, Prince of Hvalafell, Jarl of the Longships Islands - of Beloved but Pitied Memory - (hereafter "the Kaiser Ayreon IV") under the Statute of Wills, Intestacy and Inheritance of Year 14 or granted by this Act, as the case may be, the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled hereby declare the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children to be Stormarks Riges Myndlingar and appoint Her Imperial and Royal Highness Esther Fatima Gudrid Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati af Ettlingum Freyu,‎‎ Imperial Chieftainess of Normandie, Arvjarla of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms, Storjarla of Stormark, Lady Imperial on all Continents, Earla of Anglia, Princess of Elwynn, Llængjarla of Elwynn, Earla of Nådens Havn, Princess of Uppland, Marcherjarla of Uppland, Countess of Northshire, Countess of Arietta, Countess of the Lady Esther Isles, Lady of the Holy Lakes, Scion of St. Harald, and Scion of the King of the Kings (hereafter "the Storjarla Esther") the Förmyndare of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children. Article 2: Cessation of the Myndlingskap of Kaiser Ayreon IV's children For greater legal certainty, is it hereby decreed by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled that the Myndlingskap of any child of the Kaiser Ayreon IV shall end upon zie notifying the High King by Instrument of Assumption signed by zir own hand that zie is free, willing and able to take charge of zir Storish patrimony. Article 3: Förmyndare's Principles In all matters which may arise in connection with the administration or application or execution of this Act, the best interests of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children shall be the first and paramount consideration of the Storjarla Esther in order to deliver the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children's patrimony unto each of them fully intact or expanded. Article 4: Althingi Requirement Regarding Förmyndare Although the Lands of the Longships Throne is blessed to be blissfully devoid of the likes of the traitorous and perfidious who shafted the Kaiser Ayreon IV on the soil he was born, the Storjarla Esther is nevertheless hereby explicitly charged and required by the Althingi Jarls to guard like a tigress over the fabled bounty that was inherited by the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children from their father under Storish Law, and protect the aforesaid with all her heart and might. Article 5: Förmyndare's Powers In the discharge of her duties under this Act the Storjarla Esther shall have, in addition to the powers of a Förmyndare, the powers of a Notary as well as those of an Investigative Magistrate. Her Imperial and Royal Highness may take all the lawful measures that she may deem necessary or expedient to carry out the duties conferred upon her by this Act. Article 6: Seat and Staff of Ayreons Barn Förmyndare (a) The castle in the Duchy of Normandie which is known as Château de Vathune, the seat of the Imperial Chieftainess of the Knightly Jarldom, shall be the seat of Ayreons Barn Förmyndare . Likewise shall Château de Vathune, for all intents and purposes of Storish Civil Law, be the official address of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children. (b) The Storjarla Esther shall appoint such staff to her as she considers necessary for assisting her in the discharge of her duties under this Act. The aforesaid staff shall be appointed at such remuneration and on such other terms and conditions as Her Imperial and Royal Highness may determine. Article 7: Resources for Ayreons Barn Förmyndare (a) The Storjarla Esther shall, out of monies provided by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled, be provided with sufficient resources to carry out her functions. She shall for the financial year known as the Eighteenth Year of the Second Viking Age and each subsequent financial year prepare an estimate of the use of the aforesaid resources and lay it before the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled. (b) Her Imperial and Royal Highness may make a special report to the Althingi Jarls in the event that amounts provided for her office in the estimates submitted to the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled are, in her opinion, inadequate to enable her to fulfil the responsibilities of her Förmyndareskap. Article 8: High King May Delegate Jarlial Powers to Förmyndare The High King may by Instrument under His Hand and the Great Seal of the High Realm delegate His powers, or any part thereof, as Jarl-at-Large in respect of the Jarldom of the Longships Islands to the Storjarla Esther. Such Instrument shall be revocable by His Imperial and Royal Majesty at any time. Article 9: Valuation of Myndlingar's Patrimony and Althingi Gift to Lord Rubin (a) As soon as may be after the coming into operation of this Act the Storjarla Esther shall, with all due haste, endeavour to identify all the lawfully inherited properties, incomes, royalties, interests, lands, chattels, assets, legacies, rights and privileges of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children, and establish the value of the aforesaid patrimony. (b) The Storjarla Esther shall - out of monies provided by the State Treasury, such payment(s) hereby duly authorized by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled - be provided with sufficient resources to a create a portfolio of properties, incomes, royalties, interests, lands, chattels, assets, legacies, rights and privileges for the Lord Rubin Leonid Orientalis Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Prince of Shireroth, which shall be comparable to the share of the Kaiser Ayreon IV's Storish Estate that a sibling of his has individually inherited under the Statute of Wills, Intestacy and Inheritance of Year 14. Article 10: Annual Reports The Storjarla Esther shall send an annual report to the State Comptroller and Auditor General of the Lands of the Longships Throne containing such particulars concerning the Kaiser Ayreon IV's children's patrimony as may be required by regulations issued by the High King in the Imperial Conference at the Vanadísarhall. Likewise shall the High Council of the Realm be furnished with a copy of the aforesaid report by Her Imperial and Royal Highness. Article 11: Power to Make Rules and Regulations The High King in the High Council of the Realm may make all the rules and regulations He may deem necessary or expedient to carry the purposes and provisions of this Act into effect.
