INSOMUCH Her Majesty Queen Victoria II of the Kingdom-Empire of Victoria did upon the dissolution of the Kingdom-Empire of Victoria in the Tenth Year of the Second Viking Age cede the lands of the Kingdom of Valencia, which was a Dominion of the Kingdom-Empire of Victoria, to the Empire of the Alexandrians, it recently became a concern within the House of Ettlingar Freyu that the aforesaid cession very unfortunately did not include the transfer of her title, right and claim to the Queenship in Right of Valencia to the Emperor of the Alexandrians. In addition the connected matter of the legal status of the former royal family of the former Kingdom-Empire of Victoria, which was known as the House of Brown as well as the House of Broun, posterior to the dissolution of the Kingdom-Empire of Victoria resurfaced leading to additional worries. Therefore it was deemed imperative that a solution for the aforesaid issues to be found of which the provisions were to be laid down in a Family Pact.

NOW THEREFORE, let it be heard and known throughout the Lands of the Longships Throne and across the Borders Beyond that Her Majesty Queen Victoria II of the former Kingdom-Empire of Victoria, member of the Kjøpsvik Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu and His Imperial and Royal Majesty High King Harald Freyjugjöf the Generous Giver of the House of the Descendants of Freyja, High King of Stormark, first cousins and both proud descendants of Jarla Thyra Skagesdóttir of the House of the Descendants of Freyja, Their Lady Grandmother, have for the benefit of the House of the Ettlingar Freyu and the continued glory of the same, in a spirit of profound dynastic cordiality and mutual understanding, met in Her Majesty's residence of Saint Andrews Hall in the Yeorlskapp of the Isle of Skye in the Biland of the High Realm of Stormark which is known since ancient times as the Earldom of the Suðreyjar and assented with one another to the following Articles of Agreement:

Eins. Upon the coming into effect of this Family Pact, the House of Broun shall become and be a Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu with Archroyal Status and shall from thenceforth be known as the Saint Andrews Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu. In honour of the Victorian heritage of the Saint Andrews Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu the title denoting membership in the Branch aforesaid shall be Víktoríajarl.

Tveir. Her Majesty Queen Victoria II of the former Kingdom-Empire of Victoria (hereafter "Victoria of Saint Andrews") shall be the Head of the Saint Andrews Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu. She shall be succeeded upon her death or resignation by her Lady Daughter Her Royal Highness Princess Phillipa Elizabeth Victoria Broun, who shall in turn be succeeded in accordance with the laws and customs of the Saint Andrews Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu, and the same shall apply to any and all future succession to the Headship of the Saint Andrews Branch.

Thrír. Victoria of Saint Andrews may continue to use the Queenly Title as a courtesy title and the same shall apply to the style of Her Majesty. She shall immediately after the coming into effect of this Family Pact be conferred upon the title of Bloodroyal, and the aforesaid title shall devolve with the Headship of the Saint Andrews Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.

Fjórir. Upon the coming into effect of this Family Pact shall Victoria of Saint Andrews be admitted to the Imperial Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu. In addition to the Imperial Titles that Victoria of Saint Andrews shall ipso jure be entitled to under the provisions of the Styles and Titles Act of Year 10 shall she, upon becoming a member of the Imperial Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu, also be granted the Imperial Chieftaincy of Vinland.

Fimm. All title, right and claim to the Kingship in Right of Valencia shall upon the coming into effect of this Family Pact be transferred in perpetuity from Victoria of Saint Andrews to His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of the Alexandrians.

Átta. This Family Pact shall come into effect upon ratification by the Most Honourable Jarls in the Althing assembled and shall remain in force until the Twilight of the Gods and Beyond.

In witness whereof the aforesaid descendants of Jarla Thyra Skagesdóttir of the House of the Descendants of Freyja have affixed their seals and signatures.

Given at Saint Andrews Hall in the Yeorlskapp of the Isle of Skye in the Biland of the High Realm of Stormark which is known since ancient times as the Earldom of the Suðreyjar on this Day of the Lord Týr, the Thirteenth Day of the Month Thrymheim in the Sixteenth Year of the Second Viking Age in the Second Epoch of the Twenty-Six Jarldoms.
